Cold Chain, IQF & Advanced Technology

At Maxim Seafood, maintaining product freshness and quality relies on a fully controlled cold chain system supported by advanced processing technology. From the moment raw seafood is received either imported or from our local seas, products are handled in temperature-controlled environments and preserved using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology, which locks in natural texture, flavor, and nutritional value while preventing product clumping.
